Meet Martha Barrick
Martha Barrick, Broker and Principal of Coldwell Banker Penn One Real Estate, is one of the most experienced REALTORS® in the Central Susquehanna Valley. Martha uses her 34 years of real estate industry experience and expert knowledge of the area to save her clients time and money. She specializes in family/residential real estate and always puts her clients’ needs first.

Martha and co-owner Lawrence Lawson founded Penn One Real Estate and Penn One Appraisals in 1986 with Martha at the head of the real estate division and Lawrence at the head of the appraisal division. The office was located on North Derr Drive in Lewisburg. In 1989, Penn One Real Estate became affiliated with the national Coldwell Banker brand and became what it is today: Coldwell Banker Penn One Real Estate. Since then, Lawrence has retired, and in 2000, the office relocated to its current location in downtown Lewisburg at 331 Market Street.

Martha won the Realtor® of the Year Award in 1988 from the Central Susquehanna Valley Board of Realtors® and is a member of the Coldwell Banker President’s Circle. She is an instructor for the Median Income Housing Program, a State Certified Residential Appraiser, a Chairperson for the Union County Planning Commission, the Director of the Union County Affordable Housing Board, and Secretary/Treasurer of the Union County Industrial Development Authority. She also earned the 25 Year Service award from the Redevelopment Authority of Union County.

Alongside her professional accomplishments and positions, Martha is extremely active in the local community. She is Director/Chairperson of Evangelical Community Hospital and volunteers at the non-profit Campus Theatre and Eastern Union County Supplemental Food Bank.

Martha resides in downtown Lewisburg with her husband, Alan. She has three adult children and seven grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and playing with her grandchildren.
